Is it true, Pearl isn't allowed to recruit until August?

pearl not recruiting is better than barbee devoting all his time to it.
That's true as fo right now...but i'm sure we'll petition the NCAA to get the restriction lifted...and succeed in doing so.

Is that just on the road and by social media/phone? Can he talk to them when they're on campus?

They'll get that cleared up sooner.
