each weekend? Assuming CBS gets 1st choice and ESPN will most likely air the 2nd best on ESPN or ESPN2. Leaving the 3rd best game to Brent and Jesse.

Oh, I hope so. I could actually enjoy Brent trying to wax romantic over a noon game between Vandy and Kentucky.

Yeah, lots of 11 AM kickoffs for those two. Brent will get his fill of Oxford.

To the OP, I would bet that Musburger and Palmer will be doing whatever night game that SECn gets.

The SECn will have multiple games each saturday and I'd imagine those two will have the best one ie the night game. I could very well be wrong but thats just what I think.

Curious to see if ESPN will show the 2nd best or will they let the SECN show it.

It will probably vary by week. They have made it clear they want to put some really good games on SECN.

I'm guessing the SECN will get the game that was usually held out for ESPNU.

2013 ESPNU schedule
8/31 - Washington State at Auburn
9/7 - Toledo at Missouri
9/7 - UAB at #9 LSU
9/14 - Kent State at #8 LSU
9/21 - SMU at #10 Texas A&M
9/28 - #20 Florida at Kentucky
10/5 - #22 Ole Miss at Auburn
11/9 - #8 Missouri at Kentucky
11/16 - Troy at Ole Miss
11/23 - Kentucky at Georgia
11/30 - Tennessee at Kentucky

2012 ESPNU schedule
8/31 - NC State at Tennessee
9/1 - North Texas at #3 LSU
9/15 - Western Kentucky at Kentucky
9/22 - Rutgers at Arkansas
9/29 - Towson at #3 LSU
10/6 - Texas A&M at Ole Miss
10/13 - #4 Florida at Vanderbilt
10/13 - #22 Texas A&M at #23 Louisiana Tech

10/27 - Kentucky at Missouri
10/27 - #20 Texas A&M at Auburn
11/3 - Vanderbilt at Kentucky
11/10 - Vanderbilt at Ole Miss
11/17 - Syracuse at Missouri
11/24 - Vanderbilt at Wake Forest
11/24 - Mississippi State at Ole Miss

2011
9/1 - Western Kentucky v. Kentucky (Nashville)
9/3 - Florida Atlantic v. #22 Florida
9/10 - Central Michigan at Kentucky
9/10 - New Mexico at #14 Arkansas
9/17 - Louisville at Kentucky
9/24 - Louisiana Tech at Mississippi State

10/8 - Vanderbilt at #2 Alabama
10/22 - Jacksonville State at Kentucky
10/22 - Army at Vanderbilt
10/29 - Ole Miss at #23 Auburn
11/5 - Ole Miss at Kentucky
11/12 - Western Kentucky at #1 LSU
11/19 - Vanderbilt at Tennessee
11/26 - Wake Forest at Vanderbilt
11/26 - Ole Miss at Mississippi State

Games I'd actually give two shits about are underlined.

No, worse than that. They will get the old JP Sports games and the pay per view games.

Itll work like the B1G network does. CBS will have first pick, then the ESPN channels, then SECn.

Not necessarily, SECN will sometimes be airing the #2 game instead of ESPN. At least that is what they said in a press release.

That's what I am saying. I think SECn will have essentually the second best SEC game each weeek (among the others it'll broadcast), some weeks it may even be the best one.

The big difference between the B1G Network and the SECN is that ESPN owns the SECN and they have the SEC's 2nd Tier Rights as well. Essentially they can manipulate the games however they want anytime they want. I would expect until the SECN gets picked up by every provider we will see plenty of "must see" games on SECN and probably even afterward.
