He forgot that you need an offense in basketball. It helps to recruit guys that can shoot from more than 10 feet from the basket.

Combination of poor offensive coaching and just bad luck. It seems he's been snakebit since he's arrive with players leaving and//or injuries. Some of that is on him. He also hasn't had a true big man that was an offensive threat since his first season when he inherited Jamychal Green. Again, that's on him for not recruiting one and/or developing one.
