Seems statistically unlikely for 71% of the schools in the SEC to improve from a W-L standpoint.

Then let me save you some trouble. Everyone will claim their school is getting better, regardless of which losses they've sustained over the offseason. This is the rant.

HOWEVER, I think Arkansas has nowhere to go but up. It just won't show up in W/L, most likely.

If we don't get improved QB play, that'll only mean 4 or 5 wins, if that. Good QB play and I could see us getting to 6 or 7.

Was it down? The conference finished with 7 teams in the AP top 25 and a 7-3 bowl record.

Talent isn't a problem for Bama. They had horrible team chemistry last year. No motivation after winning two titles in a row, and 3 of the last four. Some coaches and players had to be shown the door. The problem has been rectified. Bama had new QB's in 2009 & 1011, no problem. Kiffin is a darned good Offensive coach. I don't care that he sucked as a Head Coach. The smartest move Kiffin ever made was joining Saban's staff. Had he not, he might not have been a HC again. Now, he stays at Bama 3 or 4 years, OC for a team that wins 2 or 3 national titles, he sets himself up for another big gig.

Sorry to break it to you man, but last year was not the worst team since 2007. In 2009 and 2011 Saban was able to groom his new qbs. He doesn't have that this year. And your team will not go on another run under Saban like they have the past couple.

When the best teams had 2 losses? Worst SEC since 2007. In fact, it was a lot like 2007. A lot of good teams, no great ones, a couple of bad ones.

2007 SEC:

LSU 12-2
Georgia 11-2
UT 10-4
UF 9-4
AU 9-4
Ark 8-5
UK 8-5
MSU 8-5
Bama 7-6
USC 6-6
Vandy 5-7
OM 3-9

What are you basing this on? Recruiting? Current roster? These issues, I am unaware.
