Can anyone beat the mighty Gamecocks at home? As in the last thread below, the Gamecocks are on a Epic 18 home game W streak. I don't see UGA winning with a new QB and Mizzou is in a rebuilding phase. FL is still rebuilding. It looks to be another banner year.

Calling it now, Georgia wins 34-31 in OT.

I'm going to hold off on a prediction until we get the results back on our post-spring break drug tests

Isn't A&M in Columbia too? I don't see Carolina starting 2-0

No one is winning at our house with new QB. Period. We don't lose on Thursday.

Well you aren't playing Vandy or UNC this time around.

That's a pretty strong stance you're taking there.

We open with A&M and then get ECU. Perhaps you meant 3-0 after Georgia. Who knows. I (the homer) would bet on us though in each of those games.

Not saying USC will be better than A&M or Georgia but it really helps having y'all at home so early. I would say we would lose if we were playing @A&M for the 1st game.

I legitimately don't see it happening until AT LEAST 2021, Bob.

We had a nice home streak going too. Until Tennessee took a sledgehammer to our knees and Mizzou kicked us in the nuts

Yes, it will be similar to UGA playing Clemson last season: having an entire off-season to game-plan, having the game at home in Williams-Brice. The biggest weakness by far for the Aggies will be their defense (as it was for UGA), while the biggest strength for USC it's offense (same with Clemson).

Strength of USC matching up with weakness of Texas A&M, and all in a very favorable home-setting environment for the Gamecocks.

And for that matter (though to a lesser degree), UGA will have it's own defense as a big question for it too as they come into Columbia in Gm #2. Both the Aggies and Bulldogs will field new QBs with new starting left tackles to protect them (no more Kendarious Gates or Jake Matthews).

USc will have their own challenges in replacing talent along the DL as well as at CB, but I can see USC going 2-0, definitely...

I like the bravado, but I'm pretty sure this is exactly why they made the bookmark function on this site.

If we win the first 2 home games (and barring any unforeseen injuries) we should sweep the home schedule.

Don't sleep on Tennessee.

As shitty as we've been, we always give you fits.
