Just got one of these bad boys and already have been making some pretty good stuff.

Anyone have any good grilling recipes I can try out? Hamburger spices, rib dry rub, chicken marinade etc. Hook it up

A good chicken marinade to start from is low-sodium soy sauce, a little olive oil, and fresh lime juice. Add other stuff(garlic, ginger, jalapaneos, etc) to your taste. I also use that base for a good skirt steak marinade for steak tacos. Add a bottle of Negro Modelo and some fresh chopped cilantro and sliced jalapenos.

Don't have one but the boyfriends parents do. Smoking things on them makes some amazing food.

I have one and I would never use anything else. My ribs are perfections.

Then again, I'm from Missouri so I know how to barbeque better than everyone else.

Weber makes some pretty solid smokers. Mine turns out some pretty good 'que. Never been fortunate enough to try out an egg though.

She knows I do.

Believe it or not, we grill vegetables on it a lot and my wife makes a mean marinade for veggies on the grill.

No matter what I'm grilling she'll add a load of veggies that have been marinading all afternoon (broccoli, onions, cauliflower, squash, zuccini, etc.).

I'm no vegitarian, but that stuff is great. I'll ask her when I get home and lay the recipe for the vegetable marinade on ya.

jalapenos cut in half longways, veins and seeds scraped out, put a little smoky in each one, then finish filling with cream cheese. Wrap each half in bacon and grill indirect @ 350 until bacon is crispy. Best game day snack during football season ever.

Memphis

I haven't but I plan to very soon.

Have you made it to Rock-n-Ribs in Springfield, MO? A bit smaller than Memps, but well worth the trip...

Replace the lil smokey with duck.
