What is your schools #1 recruiting tool? Is it the school itself, the programs tradition, the schools stadium and facilities, or is it the head coach?

Options. At other schools you can only get a regular scholarship. We have those, the Bryant Scholarship (available to kids of any Golden Flake employee), greyshirt scholarships (instead of a four year scholarship you get four and a half years), and medical scholarships (you don't have to go through the off season workout program and can get a medical degree if your grades are good enough).
