6. My last one was $500/month with utilities included on Lindell Ave but it was kind of a shitehole. If you can pay 500-700 you're not gonna be stuck next to drugdealers in Betty Ho or get killed in Leverett.

Never go full Betty Jo, it's cool to swing by a ghetto party, play some spades, drink VSOP out the bottle cap, and get a sloppy knobber in the side yard, but 2-3 hours max before you start commiting crimes
