Finally - targeting rule is changed to remove penalty when overturned

We can take a short break from the thousands of HUNH discussions to be grateful that this ridiculous situation has been improved. Too many teams suffered 15 yard penalties last year for erroneous targeting calls.

So can we review holding penalties now? Because if so, Bama is in a lot of trouble.
