Will this be the first year we see a SEC team buy into the CBI?

None have done this thus far, Texas and other "power" conference schools have in the past.

With the NIT filling up with SEC teams like Tennessee, Mizzou, and likely UGA, will we see some other teams like LSU, Ole Miss, aggy, or Vandy spend some of the TV money they are leeching off the conference for a couple more non-televised basketball games?

I have a hunch this may be the year the SEC makes its debut in the CBI.

Can't any team buy there way in? I wouldn't mind us being in the CBI, more practice for our young players.

Texas bought in with a losing record including a loss to Chaminade last season.
