Apparently he was thrown in jail on a ruling by Judge Maggio. With Judge Maggio likely being disbarred, they have released all his convictions....

I honestly havent had too many run ins with him. just tickets and shite. my brother however...
Scheer has a nephew in thunderbolt i hang out with occasionally though. good dude. he's represented him an ungodly number of times on posession charges and dui's and got him off pretty much every time. must be nice

Yeah i use a guy named william bell thats pretty solid. i actually got another DUI this past november im planning on using him for. Scheer might not be a bad option though now that you mention it
