Good read for SC fans as well as those of you who follow Lattimore.

I can't wait to see him play in the NFL. I don't see why anyone wouldn't be a fan of his...

Amazing that Auburn lead for Mike Dyer, Marcus Lattimore and Lache Seastrunk for the vast majority of their recruitment. One had a handler, one had injury issues, and the other was a bona fide idiot and trouble maker.

I feel the same way. Aside from my disdain for the 49ers, I would love to see him do well and prove all the doubters wrong. Seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

I really hope he's successful in the NFL, and doesn't have another bad injury. Best of luck to him!

He's a really hard worker, he'll get himself back into playing shape and put on a show.

He's top 5 all-time SEC RB without the injuries. Consistent, tough, smart, and did everything well.

It's almost like AU's recruiting practices at that time were not on the up and up. Almost.

Yep. It will be a special day. One Lattimore is well deserving of.

we're going to need him to step in and be the feature back sooner rather than later

Agreed. I was hoping the Rams would get him, but the 49ers beat them to the punch.

Hope he has a great career.
