It has sleeted most of the day here since 9 am. If this was snow it'd be a foot at least.

Yea I woke up this morning to a thunderstorm
With hail following by sleet. Still sleeting here since about 9am and not stopping until like 2am apparently.

Strange sensation, outside scraping ice off my truck windshield before going on a coffee run, then ducking when I see flashes of lightning and hear thunder. I think that was a first for me today.

Yeah thundersleet is a term I've never heard before today.

I think I just saw on TWC that Dallas had a 50 degree temperature drop in less than 24 hours. Is that right???
