(Results are lower in the post) First, for those who seem to hate CrossFit, I will readily admit these things + bold them on the hope that I can just compile board results for the thread in effin peace


Disclaimer: CrossFit is a potentially dangerous exercise regimen that should be performed under supervision of legit trained (not "crossfit weekend cert coaches")

FACT: Nobody outside CrossFit gives a shite about your CrossFitting abilities. It is like those people who won't shut up about training for that ultra hard color based 5k. Shut the frick up

Truth: CrossFit is one of many ways to acheive an active lifestyle. Works for some people not for others. It does give girls nice asses though







OT-Lounge CrossFit Open Results Thread

I'll try and keep a table of posters and their results throughout the open so we can get some type of rankings going. Will be interesting to see how others got around the SouthEast. Also, the thread will allow open discussion about the workouts
