That is an impressive score. Would not surprise me if the SEC has four in the Super Six this year.

Meh, Florida may be #3 but they're easily the best team in the country. They have the former all-around world champion on their team, for heaven's sake. They're like the Alabama of gymnastics, talent-wise.

She actually might have cost Florida the meet tonight. 9.700 on the beam.

Nope. Won Vault, Three way tie for 1st on Bars, 10th on beam, 3rd on floor.

Finished fifth in the all around.

Florida is absolutely stacked in gymnastics. No idea how they would lose. Sloan has gotten a few 10s this year and Hunter + some other girl were both elite level and can dominate

So she won vault and bars and was .025 from winning floor. I don't think that's why Florida lost, but maybe I'm just crazy.

By the way, didn't LSU fans always used to make fun of Bama and Georgia fans for attending gymnastics meets? Now that they somehow snuck into a #1 ranking for a couple weeks they are all of a sudden gymnastics fans?

The teams tied each rotation going into the fourth. No she wasn't the sole reason why they lost, but if you are the best gymnast probably in the NCAA you can't go out and score a 9.7 on beam after one of your teammates already fell.

And she three way tied for vault, and both the other two were Bama gymnasts.

Yes.

Now for UF this could be their "Ole Miss 2008" moment and they run away with everything the rest of the season. I hope not.

SEC and NCAA is all that matters. Bridget Sloan will likely never get below a 9.875 all season on Beam. She had a bad meet it happens. I am just more shocked that UF's other two elite level girls didn't pick up the slack.

Alabama is good (kicks Auburn's arse when we had our best meet) but ya'll have a lot of faults in gymnastics.

Your girls consistently program routines that are above the needed difficulty level for a 10 score. Leaves the girls more likely to make errors that affect their scores. When you see a girl do an Amanar vault in college, that is absurd. Especially when she does it and still gets a sub 9.9.

Also, your most talented girl doesn't use grips on bas which while badass I don't understand
