Why do you think Arkansas fans are optimistic about Bielema?

I've got my reasons to be optimistic, but was curious what the average ranter thought
Some of my reasons
1. bert is building the team from the lines out
2. bert is good at hiring assistants Can't deny eye for talent
3. bert is having success recruiting despite going 3-9 his first year. Currently #12 in the 2015 recruiting rankings
4. We have a running game and we had receivers open and receivers that dropped the ball numerous times this past year. Offense won't be a problem
5. bert has proven to be able to build a solid defense, with high ranking wisky defenses during his time there
6. bert comes from a better conference than a lot of other successful SEC coaches. The B1G is certainly better than the Sun Belt/Malzahn-Freeze, CUSA/Summit, Big 12/Muschamp-Les Miles, Mid-American/Pinkel, and Big East/Butch Jones
7. Houston fricking Nutt had success running a similar style at Arkansas.
8. Wisky is a shitty place to try and recruit to and bert did pretty good there. Making it to 3 rose bowls with that talent. Arkansas has better facilities than wisky and most of the SEC. Which will do nothing but help his recruiting efforts
9. bert's recruiting the right kind of players. One recurring theme in all the recruits we sign is that they're classy, upstanding individuals. Which is a clash with the douche persona the rant makes bert out to be.
10. He's got a hot wife and he's fat. If that doesn't say good recruiter I don't know what does

I think the optimistic Arkansas fans have given a lot of thought to why we're bad and why we'll be improving.
I think the rest of the rant is just too terrified of a resurgent Arkansas to think about things clearly. There's nothing that frightens rant posters more than the possibility of Arkansas triumphant.

Also, it is too earlier to make a final judgment on Bert. The early returns aren't good, but there is still time on the clock.

I actually think you guys can be successful with Bert. I don't particularly like him, but I don't have an argument with you.
The biggest thing he'll need to do now is recruit decently at the skill positions (you mentioned his building from the line).
He also needs to be able to turn some rough guys into diamonds. There wasn't much evidence of that last year, but that process takes time.

sounds like a pretty fair assessment- few and far between on here but appreciated nonetheless.
