"Jaws" on JFF. Is he trolling?

Says he wouldn't take JFF is first 3 rounds.

ETA: Jaws is a good X and O guy, but he is a big company man and knows what it takes to get publicity. He talks out both sides.

if two of those games were against LSU than i get his opinion. Although his arm strength was pretty impressive against us this year. he would be 15 yards deep and the side arm it of r a first down.

Seriously, I get not buying JFF. I don't want the Jags to take him. But why would you make such a bold statement after seeing 5 games. Or, probably more importantly, why would you say you have only seen 5 games? Is that his version of a cop out?
In the end I can see Jaws not buying JFF but to say he didn't phrase it the way he did in the interest of generating interest is foolish. Very Skip Bayless of him.

I don't like Manziel either. Don't think his game will translate. He will be playing an LSU type defense every week.

Why would you have to see every snap he's ever made in order to make a judgment? Five games seems like a pretty fair sample size, depending on the games of course... If he's watched a couple of his good games, a couple of his bad games and an average game it should give you an idea of what he can do as a football player.
Is it a complete picture? No. But it should be enough for someone who's entire job is evaluating QBs from the perspective of a former QB. I think I've watched about five of Manziel's games and it was enough to know he throws up more prayers than I would like in a starting NFL QB. But that, like Jaworski's, is just an opinion.

Jaws is an idiot whose opinion of other's abilities will always take a backseat to his opinion of self.
He was an average quarterback and now he's analyzing QBs from behind his cigarette stained teeth as if he's an expert on the position simply because he played it decades ago.
JFF is a first rounder. I'm not sure he's worth a top 5 pick, but he's got 1st round talent if his head is on right. To say wouldn't take in first 3 rounds is simply providing further proof of why Jaws doesn't have a front office job.
