• She scored seven straight points for Vanderbilt during a key stretch in the second half to help Vanderbilt beat Tennessee for the second time in her career. (Vanderbilt also did so during her sophomore season).
• She was the leading scorer for the Commodores against Tennessee.

ST. LOUIS (USBWA) – The U.S. Basketball Writers Association has selected Vanderbilt guard Jasmine Lister as its Ann Meyers Drysdale Women's National Player of the Week for games ending the week of Jan. 12.
As the Southeastern Conference Player of the Week, Lister was nominated for the weekly award and chosen from a list of Division I conference players of the week.
Lister, a 5-4 senior from Corona, Calif., averaged 22.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 7.5 assists in conference games against Auburn and Tennessee, while shooting 50.0 percent from the floor (14-28), including 8-16 on three-point attempts, and 14-15 from the foul line. Her team-leading 22 points – including seven straight in a key stretch – helped the Commodores upset No. 8 Tennessee, 74-63, on Sunday.

Problem with the women is it really is just a 2 woman team. I think 10 and 11 are carrying around 60% - 70% of the scoring. Dores could have beaten UK @ UK if anybody else was scoring for the first 12 min of the game when these 2 were not. Frustrating when this team has a much better team than W vs L suggest but you would never know it until other players step up and give the 2 primary players some breaks.
