Not sure you can give credit to him for only one season since Swanson did pretty bad. I know Thomas has always been pretty freakishly strong ever since high school, but that said I do think he's probably the best strength coach we've ever had

Smith had 8.5 sacks and 11.5 TFL last year and Thomas was great before his injury

2) bench press/strength is only a portion of what makes a team successful
