Why is it that Texas Tech basketball is the home team against Auburn tonight, yet they will be on the SEC Network? I thought the media rights belonged to the home team?
Texas Tech may be full of delusion (and yet-to-be discovered slut bugs) but even they aren't stupid enough to refuse to be on the SEC Network in lieu of being carried on Lubbock Community Cable.

Nice, off the coast? Didn't know there were hot spots at this point in the winter, thought it had to wait til the whites started running late February

Dude, frick tamales . frick cornhusker tamale. frick banana leaf tamales. frick sweet tamales. frick magüey steamed tamales. frick all tamales
If I could go back in time, I'd bitch slap the Aztec who thought tamales was a great portable food invention. Its not. It gets your hands greasy and leave you feeling like shite after you stuff your face with 4 of them. They are the type of food that taste good, but is too greasy and you won't realize it until its too late.
That's why....frick tamales.

I don't know if you still live in Texas, but if you do you need to gtfo and go east and eat some boiled peanuts or something else.

What kind of true Texan hates tamales?

Id travel back in time before you so I could save the genius Aztec who invented the delicious confection

All true Texans love tamales. I wouldn't give a hoot in hell for a man that turned down tamales and laughed
Speaking of tamales. My cousin gave me homemade tamales for Xmas last year. Somehow he thought it was a good idea to give them to my sister to bring to me. I never saw any tamales and I'm still pissed about it

frick tamales .
Besides, this notion of tamales being Texan is not true. They were Mayan/Aztec food that was created as a means of 'to-go' food since they were wrapped. Their creation was spread as they took it north and south with them in their travels, which is why you have different variations of tamales.
Oh, and tamales still suck. Give me a torta de milanesa or barbacoa de borrego any day over lard infested tamales. Besides, have any of y'all seen tamales made from scratch? The pig lard used in real Mexican tamales is something that'll turn most people's stomachs.

A man that worked for my dad quit his IT job to start making tamales....Not your typical career transition for a white guy in Missouri.

I may hate tamales, but I'm not underestimating their market value. A place like Missouri is a perfect place to enter the tamale business.

Don't really see the big deal. Baylor is not really under consideration. TCU ended up going 1-1 vs final Top 25. Baylor 2-0 but they lost to a non-top 25 team. Not that OSU is any better but how can you really complain when you played 2 top 25 teams all year and you have a loss?
