So I pick up my Tacoma today. I tried the Ram 1500 Lone Star edition but it would not fit well in the garage. So I am getting the Tacoma Prerunner TSS with the V6. Will post pics as soon as I can.

Crew cab. 2wd though. Trust me if the Ram would have fit I'd already be driving it.

The Tacoma is actually a good looking truck. Its a rather nice truck unlike its counterpart Tundra. As far as mid-size trucks, Tacoma is the way to go, especially since Ford killed the Ranger and the Colorado looks like a car from the front.
I'll be expecting pics soon. Make sure you honeydick them into throwing in front tinted windows free. Dealers usually don't hesitate to throw that in as part of negotiation or to leave customers satisfied!

I picked up a Tundra back in Dec. My heart was set on a Sierra, but after test driving an F-150, Sierra 1500, and Thundra it was an easy choice. Plus it was a better abng for my buck.

This is what it will look like. This is a sample pic off the web.
This was the Ram that did not fit. This is from the dealer website.

Has anybody eaten at Kreuz BBQ off hwy 6 in Bryan? Is it worth a damn?
I'm looking for places to eat this weekend, and haven't been there yet. Have eaten fargos many times before I get hammered with those recommendations.

Do those rims come with the sports package or is it a separate option? (Time to lock up your tailgate and buy locknuts for the rims)
It really looks nice

Kreuz is just like any other Lockhart joint great sausage, good brisket (not great) and really good ribs. Their sides are excellent as well.

Toyota makes a good product, you should get many worry free miles out of it.

Looks like a 4x4, was the ram too tall? And if you live in the south, who cares about putting the truck in the garage?

Sides are delicious, can confirm. As far as the ribs, Fargo's is still my favorite. I paid 12$ for TWO ribs that left much to be desired. They were unfortunately already out of brisket, it was a few weeks after open.

It was too long. We live pretty close to a highway so we get car break ins in our neighborhood. But the Tacoma is a perfect fit. I really like it.

Everyone has a bad day
Like I said it's a Lockhart joint, the original is now called Smittys and Kreuz opened a new (well several years ago) place in Lockhart (Smittys and Kreuz are different parts of same family). All that being said John Mueller makes the best BBQ in Texas followed closely by James Franklin (worked for John a long time).
