What does he know, though? Like he's a QB coach in Southern California, why does his opinion on a TN RB (who is a consensus 5*) even matter?
UT fans haven't been that high on Tee Martin (the coach), since he turned down a job at UT to remain at USC under Kiffin.

I feel that. Kirby Smart can diaf before I'll root for him again but I know Tee personally and he really is just a great down to earth person who wants what is best for his family. And that's not a shot at UT or Knoxville in any way.

Well seing as how you're a hawaii fan I wouldn't take your talent evaluation so serious. I wouldn't take a pac-12 teams evaluation either. I've seen Jalen Hurd play in person. I would put money on it that anyone here calling Jalen Hurd soft would have their face broken in 3 places and pick all their teeth up hitting Jalen Hurd. This is nothing more than sour grapes.
To the BAMA fan saying BAMA wanted Jalen at WR and once Jalen Hurd told them he wasn't playing WR they stopped contacting him lol... More sour grapes the dude posted plenty of pics on instagram showing missed calls from Saban himself. They also didn't want Elijah Hood who used their offer as toilet paper either lol..

IIRC, hurd missed his whole senior season after putting up big numbers in his first game... he might not reach his full potential at the RB position, but i highly doubt the dude is 'soft'.

Martin is a wr coach and one of the top recruiters in the country. That doesn't make him an expert on Hurd or Tennessee kids in general but you can bet he evaluated him. Its his opinion. We all have them and voice them. We will find out who's correct most of the time
