What is the pinnacle of your time being a fan of your team?

In the early 2000's it was beating #1 ranked Florida at home in 2001.

That got overshadowed with the IB in 2010. (yes I was excited about the NC, but no where near the excitement of that epic comeback in the IB)

Obviously once again it was overshadowed by 2013 IB. I can not imagine ever having this level of absolute joy as a fan. I also am somewhat worried knowing that there is no way that I can ever experience such an epic game and feeling as this.

What is your personal pinnacle in your fandom?

Probably late 90s. 1996 National Championship in Basketball. 1997 Runner-Up. 1998 another NC. Football team went to the Outback Bowl in '98 (lost to Penn State).

I enjoyed our bowl streak from 2006-2010 but things weren't real hot on the basketball end for a portion of that.

21-0

I got to spend a couple of days in New Orleans with my dad, who I don't get to see to often anymore.

It was a great game for us and it was the first Alabama game my dad has ever been to.

He also developed a hate for LSU fans in about a 2 or 3 day span

High point of my fandom was #4 Mizzou beating #2 kansas at Arrowhead Stadium in KC, with the division title and #1 ranking in the BCS going to the winner (Mizzou).

Unfortunately, just 1 week later was a lowlight of my fandom when we lost to Oklahoma and I took out my anger by getting in a fight with one of my best friends and snapped the watch party host's couch in half....

It was a pretty embarrassing event...I was a freshman in HS at the time and my parents drove me back to the host's house the same night to apologize for breaking it and then to my friends house to apologize for fighting him. Then I got to pay for the couch repair.

I had one of those in South Carolina. We watched the game at some tailgate where I proceeded to drink way too much whiskey because we were losing. I apparently tried to fight like every SC fan we passed on the way back to this girls apartment.

2012 was a thing of beauty. I can't really pick out one thing from the season. I know that we lost one game, but it was an awesome season.

-Some of my friends are big Michigan fans. They talked so much shite leading up to that game. They were eerily silent after the game . Perfect way to start off the season.

-Going to the UT game in Knoxville was awesome. Seeing Peyton Manning watch his alma mater get slaughtered was justice after his leading the band in Legion Field.

-Beating LSU with The Rally in Death Valley was such an epic feeling. Going from we're going to lose to TJ YELDON!!

-The night of Oregon vs Stanford and Baylor vs Kansas St. I went to the Western Carolina game that afternoon thinking our title hopes were gone. By the end of the day I had hopes of the BCSNCG. The impossible happened.

-The SECCG was awesome. What a game! I still think about Eddie Lacy carving up the UGA defense.

-Then watching the vaunted Notre Dame defense submitting to Eddie Lacy's will was great. Total domination.

-Bonus points for both Auburn and UT being dumpster fires. Bama on top of the football world while both rivals were sucking. I don't think there will ever be a year like that again.

Beating Florida for the 2009 SEC Title, avenging the loss to Tebow/Meyer, and being there to witness it. Hit up an awesome Irish Pub after the game and celebrated with fellow Bama fans as we got ready for Pasadena and Alabama's first National Title since 1992. Solid night in Atlanta right there.

The '07 Blackout is pretty high up there! For some reason though the 2012 WLOCP was just the most euphoric moment of my fanhood. Just being in that stadium was amazing

That was the one. They were doing specials on Sam Adams that night. My buddy was buying rounds of shots every time a new Bama fan approached the bar, not to mention the rounds that Bama fans were buying other Bama fans. Everyone was so happy, lol. We got fricking destroyed.

Fados is great. I always forget to tell visitors that they should go there.

At first I was going to you, but then I got your joke so here's instead! The series is tied 2-2 (should be 3-1 )

Was in the MDB from 06-10, so 2008-2009 was the pinnacle for that, but if I had to pick just one moment it is:

21-0

This. The game plus New Orleans is one of my favorite cities to visit. Although my liver didn't speak to me for several weeks after that trip.

It took me just my first Bama/LSU game to learn that (2006 in Death Valley). That week in NO though cemented it forever, although the few LSU fans I interacted with on Bourbon St after the game were some of the nicest/classiest fans of any opposing team I have ever encountered.

It is a beautiful pub. When we first got there, I was like damn we might need reservations.
