I feel good about it. Vegas feels good about it.

Let's assume that Coker comes in as advertised, what positions are you concerned about?

Schedule sets up nice as well. If we get some momentum early on, the train will be hard to stop.

Texas A&M - not concerned. JF is gone.

LSU - toughest game for sure. Could go down as a loss.

Auburn - fricking Auburn. Gus bus is rolling and I hate it. I take solace in the fact that they will have a target on their back this year and everyone is OBSESSED with stopping that offense. I like our chances at home in this one.

One loss gets us to the playoffs I think. Thoughts? Opinions? Pics of sisters?

10-3 to 12-2 type year as I see it right now. The 2015 season is what I have my eyes set on for another title.

I think 2015 has a better chance.

We are talented at corner but I feel like we will still be inconsistent there next year. I still do not like our situation at NG. Stuffing the inside runs with a NG playing on the opponents line of scrimmage kills inside plays. This affects play calling and leads to more outside runs. It creates a lot more 3rd and 6+ situations. We also don't really have a proven STUD ILB. We also don't really have a proven STUD edge rusher either.

Our offensive line should be better this year, but I don't think they are championship level. We are gonna be breaking In a new QB also. Our skill positions are loaded.

Have we ever had a kicker that we really trusted to win a game? I don't know about u but I bet God gets a spike in received prayer right before a Bama FG attempt. We will miss Mandell this year as well.

Next year the team will be more experienced overall and the smaller quicker players in the front 7 we have recruited in the last 2 cycles should be ready.

With the way we have recruited over the past 3 years, I will be upset if we lose 3 games. No excuse for that with the amount of talent on this team.

How can a program like Alabama not get an elite kicker? The amount of anxiety I get on field goals is unprecedented.

I think we need to prepare ourselves. Or the fallout will be far worse than after the Sugar Bowl. Until it's proven will have consistent QB play, there will be some tough Saturdays.

Kickers are just hard to judge. It's the biggest change from high school to college, of any position, in my opinion. There won't be another Tiffin for about 15 years.

Mississippi, LSU, and possibly auburn...but the two road games concern me the most.

11-2 is my guess. I don't have super high expectations for this team. 2015 tho

They bring back a lot of starters and are a talented team. It's in Oxford and we can't have their number forever. VHS will be humming to end that ten game losing streak.

Here are the games that have me the most nervous:

UF- I know they were tDumpsterfire this past year, but a lot of that is due to injury. Their defense will be stout, which should give our first year qb fits. Having VH3 and Tabor as cornerbacks just isn't fair. Will our oline hold up to the pressure of their dline? I think this will be a low scoring game.

OM- first road game for a new qb. Decent dline. Electric atmosphere. If they are going to beat us sometime in the next five years, it would be next year.

LSU at BR- tough game in a tough environment. If Jennings is the answer for them in the future they should know by now. Chances are that he won't look like he did vs Iowa. They have pretty good corners, and should see some improvement on their linebacker corp thanks to a great recruiting class.

AU- Returns a lot of their starters that gave us fits last year. Will Marshall improve as a passer? What will Saban/Smart do to counter their offense? Their defense is a big question mark. They will have solid dline play, but what about their corners? Will they improve from last year?

I'm not sold on him. I've seen the video of him and it just wasn't overly impressive to me.

I think we'll beat Auburn at home after what happened this past year. I'm with the other poster though in that games at LSU (obviously) and Ole Miss will be very tough. LSU is in a similar place as us at the QB position, we should be more talented everywhere else though. But obviously winning in Baton Rouge is difficult no matter what kind of team they have.

Anybody who expects more than one loss in any given year with the way Saban recruits is a crazy man. Like earlier poster said. No excuse with Saban at helm AND all the talent.

I'm not expecting 2 losses, but I wouldn't be surprised if we did.

I don't expect more than one loss, just listed some possible stumbling blocks If you made me say right now, I'd pick us to lose at LSU, but I expect LSU to have a couple losses elsewhere as they did this year.. So we win the West and therefore have a shot to play our way into the playoff with an SECCG win.
