Hill or Allen.
If Hill starts, Allen could redshirt with Joeckel as backup.
If Allen wins the starting role, I would expect Hill to transfer.

Anyone's guess right now. At this point two years ago Johnny was second string at best, maybe third.

Anyway you spin it, IMHO A&M is going to be set at the QB position for years to come. Kyle Allen is spectacular and Kyler Murray is gonna be special assuming he goes to A&M

If Allen beats out Hill as a true freshmen, I will be impressed and surprised. I also worry about Hill transferring if he gets beat out. If Joeckel graduates and Hill transfers, we'd only have Allen and whatever freshmen we bring in as scholarship QBs on the roster. Murray is incredible, and I think we get him...but it would be scary as hell to play 2016 with nobody but Allen and Murray in the program as scholarship QBs.

They beat Johnny Manziel both of his CFB years. They were the only team to do so. The previous time you played, they beat your first round QB pick Tannehill by 17 points.

Whoever says the Aggies are going to be terrible is just not true. Sumlin+ #1 QB, + a great recruiting class..

Obviously its hard to replicate what Johnny brought to A&M but I fully expect A&M to give every team they play fits.

I agree, A&M will be a force again next year. I'm not looking forward to that game… or any game besides Nicholls State, really.
