UALR lost in double overtime last night and had to play the last minute of the game with 4 players. They traveled with 10, had an injury, and had 5 players foul out.

College doesn't have that weird NBA rule that allows a team with 4 eligible players to play one who has fouled out? The Lakers won under that rule a few weeks ago.

I guess not. The article I just read said they played the final 10 seconds with 4, but Steve Shields was on the radio and said it was the last minute

No, you play with what you have, same is true in HS, although when you get down to 3 players you have the option to forfeit IIRC.
