Is Chip Kelly a better coach than Nick Saban?

Despite inheriting a shitty team and being hit by injury bug, Chip Kelly made it to the playoffs in his 1st year.
And as we all know Nick Saban was a colossal failure at the NFL and he hasn't even sniffed the playoffs.
Who is the better coach? If Chip Kelly went to Florida I think they'll compete for national championships every year.
