They're going to get some classes in come hell or high water. It takes absurd weather for them to cancel class.

Tell me about it. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my short days of the week, so I didn't really mind.

I remember back in 2011 when we got 9 inches. Highway 6 was like a parking lot. There were cars that had slid down in the median that people didn't pick up for weeks.

I lived at The Connection at the time and it pissed me off when you'd see jackasses hauling arse up and down the parking lot. I was driving 30 on highway 6 like everyone else then some idiot flew by everyone going 60.

I work at the Connection and I'm seein this shite already... I've done yelled at 5 people and see more in my near future... Glad I didn't shut these gates last night or else I'd have a mangled mess this mornin

I remember we tried to dump the snow off the infield tarp at NE after all the snow in 2011. It was hilarious.

Me too. We bought ski rope and big plastic storage bins at Wal-Mart and used a guy's truck to pull people around the parking lot. The cops came and said it looked like a lot of fun, so they didn't want to make us stop.

When we got tired of that, we would go slide across the tarp on the baseball field.

And we're supposed to get another inch tonight...but of course the university won't cancel anything.
