Is the SEC West as it stands today the toughest division in the history of CFB?

I'm in my 20's and its the toughest division I can remember. Some of you olds should be able to give an accurate assessment.

Yes it is. Only way to survive it is to play Tennessee every year.

Divisions haven't been around that long in most conferences and Alabama/Auburn/LSU were all around top 10 to finish the season with TAMU inside the top 20.

Ole Miss and MSU both got votes in the poll

Most conferences do not show out that well in the top 25 polls. Arguably only the Pac 12 did better even though they have less top 20

Yes, easily the toughest football division ever.

Just think if Arkansas can somehow get competitive again. Wow.

The SECW winner has faced Tennessee 5 of the last 6 years (on exception is 2010)

bama in 2008, 2009, 2012

ETA- I don't understand bama fans. They don't want anybody else to dickride them but then they make threads like this.
