Losers of 6 out the last 7 (LSU should be ashamed of themselves) and 10 out of the last 14. No major injuries. No excuses left.

For Bama higher-ups - with 8 games left, is Anthony Grant . . .

A. An obvious fire.

B. Given one last chance to right the ship

Speaking as a Florida fan, I'm a fan of Grant since he had a major role developing Brewer, Horford, and Noah. He has an aversion to dealing with dirty recruiting and the AAU circuit and his offensive strategy needs work, but I think he's a good coach.

Agreed. It's then, or never though.

IMO, when he is allowed to return next year, it actually buys him next year plus the next.

I think Bama will at least be bubble team next year. Will have three "starting" seniors plus a good mix of transfers and recruits coming in. In spite of Grant Bama will improve, and that will buy him another year, at least.

Grant is a good defensive coach but it seems like he didn't learn one lick of offensive strategy from Billy.

If Pearl or Gregg Marshall is on line 1, then you gotta let him go. Otherwise I think you give him one more year.

If I was a Bama fan his offense would drive me crazy. How did his teams at VCU look so much better? They were so fun to watch.

entire roster except Releford returns. Three new recruits, one shooter and a PG, both should contribute immediately. Transfers also become eligible.

Grant has not had a team that deep with a mix of talent since his arrival at Bama

Fire him immediately, cancel the men's basketball program, and divert the money to football.
