Anyone heard of Alex Weber? Ole Miss signee that I can't find on any list.

He is an unranked WR from Lake City, FL
He is also the little brother of Laremy Tunsil. Hmmm wonder if there is any coincidence there?
I don't blame Freeze though. If that's all it took to get Tunsil to Oxford was to give little brother a free ride, I'd do it in a heart beat. Is there anything wrong done here though?

So does this answer the "we didn't buy Tunsil" argument? Of couese not. RN came to OM because we paid him, not because we have his brother. TC came to OM because we paid him, not because he lives 20 minutes from Oxford. Treadwell came to OM because we paid him due to not being able to beat out the mighty and powerful Okhlahoma State recruiting machine.

I also said that I would've done it in a heart beat if it meant that Tunsil would sign with us. Using 2 scholarships to get a future all American is a no brainer and smart recruiting to me. Now, if a scholarship was promised Weber and he doesn't get it, then that's a bullshite move by Freeze. Or if he doesn't get an actual scholarship but is getting a free ride, then something needs to be looked into
There is a HUGE difference with the Adams boys. You know what that is? Nelson is a very good player that will contribute to our team for the next 3 years and Fletcher will be either a high 4 star or 5 star recruit before this upcoming season is over. Alex Weber is a no star player that will probably never play a down.

Conspiracy? Hell, it makes a little more sense now that Tunsil visits Oxford one time and jump on board. And it was a smart thing to do if it helped get Tunsil there. I just hadn't heard anything about this til this article of his signing turned up. I was just asking why his name wasn't listed as a signee. No black helicopters. Some Rebel enlighten me instead of getting defensive
