Wilson's mobility on third down was the reason the Seahawks offense was so dominant. Could an nfl gm look at Jff and say that he could become something similar to Wilson?

didn't the Texans just say they didn't want to waste a 1st round pick on JFF? I don't know - just heard someone talking about it on the radio this morning.

Yes, and who knows, perhaps even Connor Shaw's as well.

Listen OP, it's a good question. Thanks for asking. Let's see how it goes on the SECr.

Personally I'm in houston and the word around is that they want JFF (fan base) to energize a boring team energy wise it is died in the stadium

I don't think it necessarily boosted it, he was already on most boards a top 5 pick. Sure didn't hurt it though.

Houston doesn't need to pull a Jacksonville...and pass on Tebow because they didn't want to be seen as just trying to sell tickets.

Sell the dang tickets. JFF is worth the price of admission.

Please, please, please let Houston take him and remove any ridiculous temptation the Jags may have regarding Manziel.

2pts from safety
3 pts from FG
3 pts from FG
7 pts from short field and INT of Denver
7 pts from INT of Denver for TD
7 pts runback of kick
7 pts from fumble near midfield by Denver

How much work did the Seattle offense really have to do? Looks more like the Seattle D was responsible for most of those points.

Actually thought about this a few times when Wilson was escaping the pocket.

ehh im kinda on board. JFF is a gamer...cant coach that.
and Russell Wilson is a game manager idc what troy airman says. He really did nothing yesterday. i believe i could've suited up and won for Seattle at QB yesterday

Yes. And good for Houston. Football is entertainment and they'd be stupid not to fuel that excitement.

Last night showed that if you have the best pocket passer ever, but no O-line, you lose bad. Wilson showed you don't need a stellar O-line.

And like Wilson I think JFF would run to throw and I think that's all a plus to the NFL over say a RGIII who runs to get killed or a pocket passer who isn't a gamer and won't be able to extend drives on 3rd downs.

The only question I would have is who is JFF without a 6-5 Mike Evans? but it's not a big question mark. JFF spread the ball pretty evenly among his top 4 WRs and Evans was 30% of the passing game but it just seemed like Evans was the phone-a-friend he could toss a duck too and it work out.

But can you throw some of those passes he threw with NFL DBs who stand 6-3 like Richard Sherman?

A QB who finds the open man.

Please don't tell me you're one of those idiots who says Johnny just threw it up to Mike all the time.
