I dont know if there is any truth to it but ive heard Gerald Willis III isnt qualified and mostly like wont be by the end of the school year. Word is that he's been in a lot of trouble with his high school and might not graduate. That if he does his only option is JUCO because his grades and ACT score are very low. Anybody heard this or got any info??? I thought he was an EE at Florida but that didnt happen.

There have been rumors that he might not qualify for months. Guess we will see.

I heard he scored a 14 on the ACT. Not sure if true but that would probably be a big reason why he might be headed to JUCO.

Can you even get into JUCO these days with a 14?

you don't have to take any standardized tests to get into a JUCO.... just graduate high school.

He needs the Bama bump.

surprise surprise. Hopefully he gets his grades together and makes it, but man, that would really hurt him if true.

Take it FWIW and SIAP, but along those same rumors, he tried to pull a Hootie and ask Les if his scholly was still available after UF told him he might not qualify.
Again, not sure if true, just what I heard.

Would not doubt that. Seems Les is not playing that rope a dope with these kids any longer. IMO no coach should.

Not all division I coaches have the resources that SEC coaches have... They have to put up with all this crap in order to get good players and succeed... It's part of the self preservation aspect that comes with the territory of being a college coach these days.

Ummm....Congratulations?
There is just something particularly ugly about an LSU fan so stung by in-state recruiting losses that he runs to a recruiting board to post a rumor about an in-state kid that LSU missed on possibly not getting the grades that he needs.

So Tony Brown has already gotten arrested and now Willis might be headed to Juco.... 1/2/14 isn't stinging so bad now It especially wont if we land Adoree/Dupre to ease the loss of Speedy.

I understand that, but if you think it's only LSU fans that do that then you are completely biased.

Maybe JC Curtis can take him in and qualify him. If Saban approves of course.
