It looks like UA's class hinges on Smart's skill at pin the tail. I hope he doesn't take a corner slice with lots of icing.

Even if we fail to get Evans, this class is beastly, one of the best Saban has put together - maybe even the best.
Losing Evans to Auburn is a lot easier to absorb after the insane linebacker class we pulled in last year.

-Travonte Valentine could be a huge pick up at DT.
-Adoree Jackson is also in the mix, would be an atomic boom.
- Kenny Young seems to be headed to L.A. Hopefully we can hold on and keep Chi home.
ETA: imo, if we land Valentine and Dupre (the most likely of those mentioned) it will be the best class ever at LSU.

while I agree with you, this is said almost every year
fwiw if Miles gets Adoree or Chi I'd say the same thing
which is saying a lot since we lost some in-state this year

Even if we don't get another recruit this will be a great class. Our two biggest struggles last year were oline and cornerbacks. We have the best oline class and got two five star cornerbacks. I'm very excited about this class.

Great class regardless of whether we add anymore. However, I will be a little disappointed if we don't go at least 2 for 3 on our last big targets. There is a real possibility that we go 0 for 3.

With the recent Tubman chatter it seems it's not done, especially if rumors are true that Mathis won't qualify because of grades. I'm good either way.
