It obviously isn't working and how long before the blue death squad comes calling with torches, pitchforks and rope? Sure...sure...he will have a great season every few years but will suck fror a while too. You cant compose your team of mostly first year players and expect paydirt.
I will take Donovans example every time. He may have a really talented player leave early once in a while...but mostly he recruits players he can develop and be part of a TEAM. Enjoy the ride mildcats

If they aren't stupid he should get the majority back next year. Only Young, Randle, and Cauley-Stein should come out. Young and Randle for performance and WCS so he doesn't slip more.

Hmm lets see... Cal is 7-2 vs eddie munster and has a elite 8, ff4 and a title. I'd say pretty well.
