I keep running into threads where LSU fans claim that they always knew Speedy was coming to A&M. In order to keep this ammo handy, here's a couple threads from the fall on the LSU recruiting board about Speedy and LA recruits in general. Feel free to add your own.

I don't like the word "lock", only LF is 100%, IMHO. However, I feel good about the other 5 to say 95% we land all 6.

If someone else wants to handle the transition from "Speedy is freakishly fast and athletic" to "Speedy has character issues and TQ is much better" that would be great.

All I'm gonna say is its a good thing Speedy committed in the afternoon of a work day instead of on a weekend. I couldn't go on a bumpathon but if I had some booze in me on a fine weekend afternoon I might have and wouldn't be here to post
