Perfect Game is usually spot on. That being said, I don't agree with LSU being so far down in this poll.

Serious question, are most LSU fans expecting to be ranked higher after losing most of your starting position players, and most of your relievers and closer?

Yeah, that's the only logical reason to start a baseball rankings thread on the day that they come out. To show Mississippi State ahead of South Carolina.

Exactly. However for this baseball season specifically, they are damn sure not a top 8 seed, and really just a borderline Top 15 team. It's just the PreSeason, it will all work out once they get into conference play.
