Hold on to your long johns. The wind is getting crazy hard in NWA. WeatherBug says 50 mph gusts. Sounds like the roof wants to rip off.

I went outside earlier and a stray cat was flying across the yard.

Gonna get another ice "storm" down here in SELA. People are freaking the frick out already. Worse than hurricanes.

Is it blowing in another snow? I know it hit 60 yesterday a day after hitting 2. I hate Arkansas weather.

Looks like temps in the 30s for highs the next few days in CenArk. Some wind gusts today but nothing like the wind you have in NWA which is usually the case. Then it looks like we'll be warming up somewhat come Thursday before getting colder again but it is a messed up weather pattern; just January weather I guess.

I'll never forget how shitty the straight line winds in Fayetteville can be.

I was asleep one day in my apartment when a lawn chair hit right beside my bedroom window. I lived on the second floor.

(70mph straight line winds that time)

Can't stand howling, high wind. Hours of it during a hurricane is unbelievably nerve racking. It is interesting to see projectiles go flying past your window, though.
