"Per their coaches, Texas commits Armanti and D'Onta Foreman looking to take an official visit to Missouri soon. That's surprising."
Armanti Foreman is a stud WR. D'Onta is baggage, but might be serviceable. Nice pull for Mizzou, considering UTx HC Strong went by their school just yesterday to visit them.

Some of you guys disagreed with me in December, but...
It was an absolute disaster that the majority of Charlie Strong's official visits were used during the weekend that Mack Brown was fired. I said it then and I'm saying it really loudly right now, everyone in the program did the new coaching staff a huge disservice by allowing that clown show of a week between the end of the Baylor game and the time Mack "resigned" to occur because the new staff is trying to keep those commitments with one armed tied behind their back.
The Powers that be had weeks and months to get their ducks in a row and when the time arrived to take planned action, they waited so long that it actually hurts the program in a big, but underrated way. Seriously, my Weim could have figured out how terrible of an idea it is to get rid of your coach 18 hours into the official visits of the entire recruiting class, minus a guy or two, but apparently the smartest men in the building couldn't add 2 + 2.
We're seeing the downside to poor preparations right now in the recruitment of Alaka. The kid might come to Austin this weekend ON HIS OWN DIME because there is not another option. You don't get two because you changed coaches.
If they end up not being able to keep some of these kids, I think the finger needs to be pointed at those in charge that weren't in charge enough to stop the events that played out, which severely impacts the recruiting process for the new guy coming in.
Just had to say it again.

I think Ketch is absolutely right and Strong should be given at least 4 losing seasons to correct the problem.

That might not be enough. Better make it at least 5. We want to give him every opportunity, after all.

An equal opportunity if you will

It makes me so happy to see Texas in shambles.

I don't think there is much animosity between Mizzou and aTm.
