I would really love it if Harrison came up with the parents. That would mean he was seriously considering the flip. He maybe anyway, but I am sure the parents would want to see Athens.

Just watched some senior tape of Juwan Taylor. No idea why he isn't rated higher. Looks every bit of 6'2" 210, runs well, and makes plays. He's not a thumper I guess, but thumpers are overrated imo

Sounds like Bama is putting some pressure on Harrison to not visit. We'll see.

This is what saban is known for. They visit and he threatens to pull their offer.

is this tweeted anywhere?

That's always amazed me why it works. Are these HS kids so starstruck/ blinded by crystal that they are legitimately afraid of CNS? If my kid were bullied like that, I can't say that I'd hold my tongue.

Everybody does that at times, but I'd think that would be pretty easy to spin. Tell the player that the other school really must not want them that bad if they aren't willing to fight for them.

So Arden Key just got CB'd to us, legit traction for a flip there?

I have to believe that using that tactic would normally work when you have a staff in place at UGA that wouldn't be able to fight fire with fire (i.e. Grantham/Dee Liner). But with Pruitt being well versed on those tricks from the master himself; I would think Pruitt and company have a way to combat them with Ronnie Harrison.

According to Rusty and Jake, there is good traction moving in that direction. Hence the reason that Arden set up his OV for the final week before signing day.

Per Rusty at Dawgs247, Josh Sweat will not have his family with him at the FSU visit. He will visit alone. Should be considered good news I would think.

That came from a Nole mod too. For reference, parents, grandparents, gf, came on UGA visit.
I wouldn't totally count them out, but that certainly doesn't help them.

I certainly can't blame him for not taking his girlfriend down there.

spinned:
Just got off the phone with Rivals analyst Adam Friedman to see if he knew about the situation of five-star Josh Sweat coming over on a visit by himself for the FSU official visit. Friedman said he actually knew about this before he even did his Insider notes this week, but said it wasn't a big deal or anything important he decided to leave it out.
The reason he is coming by himself is because it would be nearly impossible for the family to make the trip and drive because they would have to get up at 2 or 3 in the morning. It had nothing to do with any bad feelings or concerns about FSU.
Friedman said this is not a big deal at all. In fact, I'm told FSU has already talked to the family about any concerns on these supposed articles to trash Florida State and there aren't concerns about it and that has been cleared up. If the family could make it I'm told they would from a separate source.
