Pruitt went to see him last weekend and he went ballistic. I bet that escalated things quickly.

I follow recruiting very closely, but I've honestly never heard of him. Pruitt has a proven track record so I wouldn't challenge his evaluation

I remember UGA looking at him a few months back, but I didn't know how far it went

Cheap tax if that's the case.

Yea, I'll take it, but I was sort of holding out for CeCe.

The ratings may not say it but this kid is a 4 star, very athletic, great size and quick, he will make plays for us, very good pick up IMHO..

Very little. Recruits care very little about individual game results.

Playing time is available.

At least that is a little ray of sunshine on such a crappy day.

The kid from East Marion is a baller. I live around that area and heard great things about him. No announcement really just wore a UGA hat on senior day and beat the best team in the state

I disagree, the reason Florida is struggling and losing recruits is the state of their program. It's not all about wins/losses but recruits are certainly interested in the box scores. Alabama recruits like a powerhouse because they win. Granted, it's not everything but if we lose a few more games and with the other programs in the East improving....like Tennessee. I could see a guy like Van Jefferson going to place with a more stable QB situation.

Right, because it's likely to impact who would be coaching them. Recruits care about program direction. One loss doesn't really move the needle on that.

They are the most stable program in the country. Recruits like that. They have the best facilities and support staff and are coached by the greatest recruiter in the history of football. They got recruits before they started winning.

Saturday showed that UGA needs big-time defensive help, mostly. That was already Pruitt's recruiting pitch, so it really just gives him more ammo.

Ohio State thinks they have him, but it will likely be UGA.

FWIW, he has had a pretty terrible senior year so far. Not terrible by regular HS standards, but from a top recruit perspective, you'd expect a lot more from him. Apparently his instincts are lacking pretty severely and I no longer expect him to contribute right away.

Yeah I hope we get him, but he's not ready for primetime
