I really like his development as the year went along for the Rams. Very glad we drafted him.

Meh, Alabama has 2 offensive nominees, but LSU fans start a thread pretty much every Sunday to tell everyone how much Alabama offensive draft picks suck in the pros.

I don't think anyone said Javy would be better. The general consensus was HB7 was too small to be an outside Corner, and he doesn't play outside CB in the NFL, he plays in the Slot and he plays Safety, which most people thought would be better for him.

I don't remember these threads. I certainly haven't started any.

I think you're referring to the Saints board/Ingram?

Both playing better than I had thought this year, esp. Reid.

No before the fumble against the Seahawks that board was actually pretty pro-Ingram for most of this season. Much more than the LSU fans on here.

What's funny is that was only Ingram's second lost fumble...in his career.

But suddenly he's horrible again.

I gram had a good 3 games this year.

I'd still prefer to trade him and go in another direction.

And it has 0 to do with him being a former Bama player.

Has everything to do with the fact that we traded up to get him in the first round, and he's been awful for the vast majority of his career.

It wasn't sudden and 'again' is not the right word. He's has about 1/4 of this season where he's earned his money.

And rational people realized this. The ones that wanted him immediately cut after the fumble were the same people that couldn't stand the fact that he was having a good season. They wanted to see him fail, so they could openly bitch about him again.
