A-Day schedule for April 19

With all the news, do not despair, Alabama football will continue.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama announced Wednesday that the 2014 A-Day Spring Football Game will be held on Saturday, April 19 at 2 p.m. (CDT).
The annual A-Day Game is the 15th and final practice of the spring and takes place at Bryant-Denny Stadium scheduled. Admission will once again be free to the public. More information on A-Day, including additional activities, traffic, and parking, will be available at a later date on rolltide.com.
Alabama leads the nation in spring game attendance over the last seven years with a total of 594,851 fans and an average of 84,978 fans per game during that period. The largest A-Day crowd in school history came in 2011 (92,310). In head coach Nick Saban's first year of 2007, the stadium was at full capacity prior to expansion (92,138).

Gonna miss it. I'll be in Birmingham cheering on Alabama to a Gymnastics National Championship that day.
I really hate Alabama did this, the gymnastics team was probably counting on a home field advantage for and the Million Dollar Pep Band usually shows up when we host (3 times in our history). I hope enough people show up a the BJCC to see an actual title being played for as opposed to a glorified scrimmage.

I agree it's poor scheduling but sometimes things like this can't be avoided, like ESPN reasons, etc.
The wife just informed me we'll be in Birmingham supporting the ladies. So it'll be dvr time for Spring football.
