I know not to long ago I saw info on a new baseball field?

Are we getting a brand new baseball field or are we renovating our current one?
Does anyone have a link to any renderings of what it might look like?

Using the same structure but the outside is going to be all brick with the field being moved to improve sight lines and a tailgate area is being added behind right field and an indoor batting facility behind left field.

I heard they started cracking down on drinking in the outfield the last few years. Anyone know if this is true? Was planning on doing a weekend series or two this year.

They built the Sarah Patterson Championship Plaza behind right field. The back side of the championship wall was built with four or so levels of grassy viewing areas in ascending order for people to be able to view from outside of the park, and supposedly be able to bring coolers and such.

I havent read anywhere that it will be used for tailgating but with the way its set up you can make an assumption so.

I'm in Starkville for grad school and went to more MSU games last year than I did as a Bama undergrad. Their outfield lounge is the tits.
