The latest rumor out or BR is that our wonderful, weak arse AD decided to block the hire of an OL coach that Les wanted because he was asking for too much money. fricking ridiculous.

Shouldn't you at least find out who it was before you bash the AD. It's not like Miles hasn't been known to frick up a decision from time to time.
