I don't he really lived there all that long, so he most likely doesn't have that big of ties to the area.

He only started playing there his senior season, after he committed to KU I believe. Kansas had a lot more play time to sell, but that was when Harris was still on the team and we didn't think it would take this long for Walker to qualify.
