Every report I read is he's "willing to listen". Another report says he's "accepted the job"... IDK what to believe. If he accepts the job, I believe he will also have that HCIW title.

I read that schools don't do this (at least officially) anymore because it puts the HCIW under the same recruiting limitations as the HC

That's what I've been hearing too. Logical next move for Smart. He needs to give up the Saban security blanket and go out on his own.
