Coaching wise I like the hire.
I don't like Lane's mouth and shenanigans in the past but I don't think Saban will have any of those issue's with Lane now.
I think Lane will come out of this hire with Saban a better coach and person. I also think that Bama will benefit and come out a better team with Lane's OC coaching skills......

I would not like him as a head coach but as an OC under Saban it has potential to be a Home Run. I have no problem letting a 4 time national championship coach making 7.5 million dollars a year making that decision. I support it.
