Per 247. We are stacked at wideout but I was still pretty excited about this kid. He will produce wherever he ends up back west

Was hoping he'd give it a shot and battle.
No I'll will; good luck to the young man.

I know hamm would go on about how he was the best player on the practice squads. Ultimately it isn't a big blow, no where near the same as DSG, but it still sucks

Not saying Larue hasn't been good (I dunno), but keep in mind, these paysites have personal relationship with recruits (and thus players). Some they are tighter with than others. Hamm talked with Matt Davis virtually every day for instance, thus a lot of his team perspective was thru the prism of Matt Davis. That's not bad a thing, in fact, that's a better view than just about anyone has.
But when you see him break a story like this transfer, you can bet he got it straight from Larue. Ergo, he probably is friends with him and so you have to take things he says with a grain of salt. That's not to say Hamm doesn't have other contacts, but it's human nature to talk up your friends.

Yeah it isn't a huge blow obviously, though if he goes somewhere like Wazzou and lights up (and I bet he would) it would still sting. I liked his skill set from the beginning and thought he would fit in very well in the slot for us.
No ill will whatsoever, props to him for coming here and giving it a shot far away from home. I hope he does well wherever he ends up

Stacked at WR. It was bound to happen for 1 or 2 of them. Figured it would be next year though. He very well could have been a starter.
Not overly worried.
