Caucasians seem to have hard liquor and blow and meth on lockdown.
African Americans have weed, exotic drinks, and crack on their side.
We share opiates.
Black people handle themselves better high than white people do while white people seem to handle themselves better drunk than black people.
Is it nature? Nurture?
